Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (digital software and licenses), all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. No Refunds
Once a license key is generated, delivered, or activated, no refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be accepted.
2. Abuse & Chargebacks
Any attempt to file a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or payment reversal after using RX services will result in:
- Immediate license termination
- Permanent account ban
- Blacklisting from all RX services
3. Technical Issues
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incompatibility with your system
- User error or misconfiguration
- Detection, bans, or external platform actions
Our support team is available via Discord to assist with technical issues, but support does not imply eligibility for a refund.
4. Agreement
By purchasing RX products, you explicitly waive your right to a refund.
